All the great work you're all doing here at the rave cave inspired me to dig through my old CDRs for old mixes I remember doing back in the day. I found a damaged CDR containing the first full-length mix I ever did and, thanks to some clever software, I've finally managed to extract the audio. I posted it to Youtube last night and would like to share it with you all for your listening pleasure. It must have been some time during the year 2000 that I recorded this, perhaps early 2001; memories from back then are vague. All I know is that I intended it to be an antidote to the mass of identikit trance CDs that flooded the market towards the end of 1999 and into 2000. It was, and still is, a mix close to my heart and I hope you find some nostalgic pleasure in it too.

Love the mix and background story to this. I still have some cassettes with some really old mixes on but they are terrible! 😆 are you going to start mixing again?
